Various dll errors on launching (Outlook 2003)

More problems switching to a new PC!! Have installed Outlook 2003 (exactly as on previous PC, new install, not an upgrade), but on launching I get a series of dll errors. First is:
'The add-in "CmdLaunchExe.dll" could not be installed or loaded.
When I OK this, I get
'The add-in "SBCMSYNC.dll" could not be installed or loaded'
    Finally it's "XCOLEtxt.dll" it's complaining about.
All seems to run when I OK these messages, but am just about to copy over all my previous .pst's etc and am worried I might have to delete and reinstall.
I have tried Detect and Repair to no avail, was about to reinstall, but cannot seem to get the option to reinstall Outlook only without reinstalling all the rest of office - do not want to overwrite all other hard work transferring info to other applications!!!
    Help gratefully received as ever...

Re: Various dll errors on launching (Outlook 2003)

    Try this first:
    Quit all instances of Outlook.
Rename or move the file Cocuments and Settings<username>Local SettingsApplication DataMicrosoftOutlookExtend.dat
Start Outlook to see if the problem is gone.

If that doesn't help, select Tools | Options... in Outlook.
    Activate the Other tab.
    Click Advanced Options...
    Click Add-in Manager.
Clear all check boxes, then click OK.
    Click COM Add-ins.
Clear all check boxes, then click OK.
Quit and restart Outlook to see if the problem is gone.

    Thx and other quick q

Hans you're a genius! Thank you. Where do these add-ins come from? Are they just installed by other programs?

I don't know. Did you happen to have installed them for a previous version of Outlook?

I reckon I have added that many bits and pieces, and transferred files previously from another old pc that I have all sorts of rogue files I don't need! I just found another 'microsoft/outlook' folder embedded within the normal outlook folder in Application Data so its not surprising its confused ;-)
