    1) In each record, several categories (check boxes) can be ticked. How would you like the comments to be grouped? If a record has Marina and Restaurant ticked, should the comment appear twice, once under Marina and once under Restaurant?

    2) If you want something printed on every page, you can put it in the Page Header (or Footer), or in a Group Header (or Footer), and set the Repeat Section property of the Group Header to Yes.

    Hi Hans,
Good question! It would be very unlikely that anything would be checked off more than once since they are different "business sections". But....you never know. To be safe, it should be listed under each section.

    Thanks Hans

Your table structure, with a separate yes/no field for each category, is not ideal for what you want. I'd create a report for each category, then place all of those as subreports on an unbound main report.

Thanks Hans. I'll give that a try.
