    insert hider inlist box (2000 sr 1)

    ... is possible to insert (in fixed mode) into first line of listbox1, 6 header refered each column...
    similar:

    TITLE1 TITLE2 TITLE3...TITLE6

    No, column headers only work with a list box that has a worksheet range as row source, not with a list box that is filled using code. You can put labels above the list box (as you have already partly done)

    ah....
    In effect if i have undesrtant i can make similar header in a sheet range (a1:f6)

    a1 b1 c1
    tile1 title2 tile3 .........

    and import it into first list item of listbox?

    It only works if you fill the list box by setting its RowSource property to a worksheet range.
    It will not work for your list box, because you use the AddItem method to fill the list box.

    Why don't you set these properties in design mode? They are fixed, so using code doesn't have any advantage.
