    Default browser (WinXP/SP2)

Is there a way to set a default homepage in IE that will appear for all users. Our Gateway laptops are all set to open to the Gateway site. I would like to change that default homepage for everyone who logs in. I can't find where Gateway has set their default.

    Thanks.

    In IE, Tools>Options>General tab>Home page.

That approach will only work if each individual user goes into Tools and changes his/her homepage. I want the homepage to be set automatically whoever logs in.

Do you have a domain based network? If so, you can distribute registry changes via AD when the user logs on. You can also lock the home page with a group policy change via AD.

You should also check out Internet Explorer Administration Kit Home Page.
