    Rounding Numbers (Word 2003 SP2)

I have a problem where I use mail merge to import data from Excel. The numbers from Excel are formatted to round to 2 decimals, but when mail merge brings that number into Word, the number has 8 decimal places. What can I use to round of the number to two places?

    Thank you in advance.

Could you use the ROUND worksheet function in your Excel spreadsheet, rather than just formatting the numbers to display 2 decimal places?

Alternatively, add a formatting switch to the merge fields in Word, or use a different method to connect to the spreadsheet. See <post:=376,304>post 376,304</post:> and <post:=434,784>post 434,784</post:>.
