    Mail Merge w Outlook (2003 SP2)

    Hi folks. Don't know if this should be asked here or over in OL, but I will start here.

    I am trying to create a series of mailing labels for our annual holiday letter (I know, I'm late). I have a subset of our Outlook contact list earmarked using a "category" label named "holiday cards".

    When I try to use the mail merge function in Word to create these labels, it wants to use the entire contacts list. How do I get it to use only the "holiday card" subset?
