    Cross tab query (2000 or 2003)

    You could use <code>Format([Report Date],"yyyymm")</code> as expression.

    Thanks! However, when I try this the counts in my individidual columns disappear and the header still does not indicate the year (i.e., Jan 2006, Feb 2006, etc.

    Have you set the Column Headings property of the crosstab query? If so, you should clear it.
