    simple(?) form question (Word 2000)

    Hello:

I would like to create a drop down form in Word with a "blank" option set as default.

If the form is set at the blank option, I do not want the form field to appear when I print the doucment.

    Can this be done?

    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

You can use a dropdown field from the Forms toolbar, and use a space as first list item. It'll take up next to no room when the space is selected.
You'll have to protect the document for forms to use the dropdown list.
