    save as... (2000 r-1)

    ... assuming i have wbook named MASTER.XLS is possible to save as that wbook in gcd01f4500datitestMASTER_08022006_NAME VAR.XLS
    NAME_VAR is a cell in sheet named SALDI in D1 in this case is 4500... and 08022006 is current date
    But the problem is to maitain active the original wbook MASTER.XLS for next elaboration.....

    You can use SaveCopyAs to save a copy of the active workbook:
