Out of Office Assistant (2002 (XP))

Hello, why do some versions of Outlook have the "Out of Office Assistant" and other versions do not? Is there a way to add it into a version of Outlook?

    TIA

The Out of Office Assistant is an Exchange Server service. You can however, emulate the assistant on a stand-alone Outlook installation.
