    Exchange Data between Sheets (2000)

I have an Excel file with two tabs (as in the attachment). I have one sheet which is a subset of the other sheet based on the value in a single column. I want to be able to update information in either sheet and have the changes propogate. For example, in the attached file I have a tab that contains all issues and a tab that has 'open' issues. If I update one of the open items, I want it to be reflected in the second tab and vice versa. If I change the status on either column, I want that to propograte and then, in addition, I want the 'Open' tab to show only open issues (refreshed when opened maybe). Any ideas ... THANKS.

Personally I would have just one list and use a filter, but that is not what the boss wants <img src=/S/bash.gif border=0 alt=bash width=35 height=39>

    I'd <img src=/S/bash.gif border=0 alt=bash width=35 height=39> the boss a bit longer.

I agree with Hans. There is not much sense and very complicated coding, to keep separate copies of identical data and one set be required to update the other.
