    Automatically enter date for each Friday's class (Access 2003 Service Pack 2)

    I have created a form that the staff will enter the attendance for students in the Pretreatment Class which is held every Friday. They are required to attend each Friday until they are accepted into treatment. The staff will have to enter the recommendation date manually.

    I have made the control in the text box so it will enter the first Friday's class, but it will not enter
    the dates for the next class once the student is checked for attending or not attending.

    SCRID Pretreatment Recommendation Date Pretreatment Attend Date Attended
    6453 2/17/2006 0

    =Date()-Weekday(Date())+6

    This code is correct for entering before update on visual basic. Should I have named it on "enter"?

    Private Sub Pretreatment_DC_Date_BeforeUpdate(Cancel As Integer)
    Date() = Weekday(Date) + 6
    End Sub

    Any suggestions?

    The line Date() = Weekday(Date) + 6 doesn't make sense. You cannot set the system date.

    I don't understand what you want to do. Do you want to enter multiple dates at once? If so, where?
