    Comment Boxes (Excel XP)

When you insert a comment in Excel and then print the spreadsheet with comments youo get references such as G13 followed by the comment. I thought if I defined the cell (G13) as Salaries, it might use Salaries as the reference instead of G13. Not the case.

Is there a method to have the reference to a name in the cell or through defining a name? It would make more sense for the end users to see that the comments refers to salaries or some other item rather than G13, B9, etc.

A cell can have more than one name, so which one to choose?

However, you can use a macro for this: see this newsgroup thread.
