    Sorting problem (Access03)

I have a report with subreport. The main report reports the Sections and Subsections and both are sorted ascending. The subreport reports Tasks, SubTasks, and SubSubTask. They are all on the grid in that order and all are sorted on ascending order.

The problems is that the Tasks are not sorted in Ascending order.

I have attached a stripped down version of the project. I think the problems is how the two forms are linked. It is a double link. I have tried using only one link but I then get the complete listing not just those assigned to the particular unit and credentials.

When the database opens up on the displayed form put Registered Nurse in the Job title window and the Department should read II West. Then click either the experience or the checklist button. You will notice that the sub and subsub task levels sort appropriately. It is at the task level that things are messed up.

I sure this is a simple fix, but I haven't found it when. Thank you for any and all help.

In your rptCheckList and rptExperience, add Task as a third field in your Sorting and Grouping and this should do the trick.

Bless you. Couldn't see the forest for the trees. Thank you. Fay
