    Outlook Express (Undisclosed Recipients)

I have begun to send most of my group emails using the bcc field in order to suppress the email addresses; this is just a way to help my friends and relatives so their email addresses are not forwarded and forwarded and forwarded over and over and over and then end up in the hands of spammers.

So, right now the To: field on those email addresses is blank as I'm entering the addresses in the bcc: field.

Is there a way to send these emails to an Undisclosed Recipient list that is changeble, since I don't send the same type of email to the same group of people each time. Or can I just assign one email address to Undisclosed Recipient and continue to enter all other email addresses in the bcc field?

    Thanks

i'm not quite sure if this is what you want to do but you could always setup a few free email accounts like Hotmail, Yahoo or Gmail. Then send a message to "sam@hotmail.com" or "Sally@gmail.net" or some other false name. Then put the real addresses in the BCC line. I suppose you would have to go in and clean up your mail at these spots occasionally but it would also be a way to store copies of your mail?

You MAY be able to set up some mail rules to do this but this could be one way to do it.

Long ago, there was a time when men cursed and beat on the ground with sticks. It was called witchcraft.
    Today it is called golf!

I think what you want to do is set up a few different Mailing Lists. HTH <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>
