    Need Help With Formula (Excel 2003 SP1)

    I need help in creating a formula. See attached sample worksheet, already scanned with NAV.

    Column A contains a formula that returns various numerical readings arranged in descending order. Column B contains a formula that returns the respective number of times that the corresponding value / reading in column A has occurred.

    Now, I need to switch the values. In other words, I want column D to show the Frequency (from column [img]/forums/images/smilies/cool.gif[/img] in descending order, and column E to show the corresponding Reading (from column A) in descending order.

    The entries in columns D and E in the attached sample worksheet show what I want the results to be

    See the attached version. I added an intermediate column to compute the rank (without ties) of each reading; this column can be hidden.

    The formulas are inspired by examples posted by <!profile=Aladin Akyurek>Aladin Akyurek<!/profile>.
