    Playing music (2003)

Has anyone run into this? A ppt presentation has music setup to run throughout the entire presentation, and there

You might take a look at <!profile=Echo Swinford>Echo Swinford<!/profile>'s <post:=482,411>post 482,411</post:> and follow the link to the PPTools website. It contains a fairly lengthy discussion of playing music in a PPT presentation.

After inserting the sound file, on the custom animation task pane, select the "effect options" for the sound file. In the stop playing section, change it to Stop playing "after xx slides". I usually just put a number like 100 in there and run the show to see when I need my next sound file.

Have you right clicked on the music icon and gone to "Custom Animation" and made sure the "continue slide show" option is check marked and the number of total slides you have is noted in the box below under Stop Playing:?
