    extra space with table

I'm working on updating a webpage created by someone else, and I can't figure out why the page keeps displaying with lots of extra space at the top. This space doesn't show up in Dreamweaver or Frontpage when I'm editing the page, and only appears after the page is uploaded. I tried copying and pasting just the table to a new webpage and had the same problem, so it has to be something about the table, but what, I cannot figure out. Any suggestions?

If you look at the code for the table, there are several br tags. Eliminate these. I copied your page, edited it within FrontPage to remove the tags and then viewed it in IE, Firefox, and Opera and it looks fine.

Thanks! I caught a couple of those tags at the bottom of the table, but never spotted the ones in the middle of the table. That solved the problem perfectly!
