    Blocked Senders List (2003)

Lately I've been getting a flood of spams from the same sender. I added the sender to the Blocked Sender List, but the messages keep right on coming. Next I tried to enter it into the blocked domain list although I noticed that Outlook insists on adding the @ sign in front of the domain name. Regardless, the messages keep right on coming, and they all have the same sender address. Any idea why Outlook refuses to block them?

I don't use that feature. You could try using the Rules Wizard to create a rule that searches for text in the sender's address and moves the messages to the Junk Mail folder.

You need to look at the properties of these emails and make sure that you are blocking the real address or domain.

I used the domain name I found in Properties, but it still didn't work. I'll try setting up a rule using the sender's name which is always the same.

Remember that if the sender is listed in your contacts, the emails will from that sender will be considered safe.
