    Distributiongroups (Outlook XP (Dutch))

    Goodmorning,

Almost weekend, but still some work to do....

And ofcourse: USERS... (like I am... :-D), well....

Okay, my question: is it possible to export a selfmade distributiongroup to another user? (by selfmade I mean a group which a users has saved in his personal adressbook).

    Many thanks in advance!

    Greetz,

In Outlook 2003, I can forward a Distribution List from the general Contacts window menu. In the Contacts window, select the list but don't open it, in the menu select Actions | Forward. I didn't actually send one out to ask a recipient if it works, test it for yourself.

Yes, it attaches the distribution list in .msg format.

To add the distribution list to your contact list. Save the attachment and then drag and drop it into your Outlook Contacts folder.
