My subform, shown in my attachement, shows only the first order and not the whole list of orders. Why is it so, that my subofrm does not show all the records?

Does your subform reside on a main form? What are the Master/Child links?

You will have to provide more than just the subform in the database you supplied if you want people to help.

In the applied attachement the main form is called frmMain. If you open the main form, only the order number 5776 is seen, while there are also orders that are not seen. How can i unfold the subform so,that i could see the whole list of the orders?

What are you trying to do?

What you have got is a main form that is based upon a table called orders, you also have a subform based upon the same table. Your Master/Child links are on orderid, so what is probably is the main form is probably positioned at the first order then the subform is saying give me all order records based upon this orderid, and so you onlyget one order shown.

If you delete the Master/Child links you will see all the orders in the subform.
