    Field of Report (2003)

I have a report base on a form in my database. User enter data in the form, then report come up with the data that user enter in form. As we know, we can put line in the field of the form. But in my report, one field have two lines in it. How can I set up in the same field of form to match same field of report with lines.

    Thanks

I'm sorry, I don't quite understand. Do you want the text box on the report to match the corresponding text box on the form, or the other way round?

I am sorry for unlear information. Yes, I do want the text box on the report to match the corresponding text box on the form. My problem is there's two lines in the text box on the report. How can I match it?

    Sorry again for unlear informations.

    Re: Field of Report (2003)

Is it really important that the way the text is displayed in the report exactly matches that on the form? A form is for on-screen display and a report for printing on paper, and the requirements are often different - for example, a user can scroll through the text on a form, but that is not possible in a report.

As to why the display is different:
    - Perhaps the text box on the report is narrower.
    - The font or font size might be different.
    - The can grow property of the text box on the report might be set to Yes.
