    Custom Report (MS Project 2003)

    Hello everyone,

Does anyone know how to create a custom report in MS Project 2003 that will pull all resource names and only the days that they are scheduled on their calendar as non worked time?

Each resource has their own calendar which has days scheduled as Nonworking time.

    Thanks.

This custom report is the only way that I know to get Project to give you a list of non-working time for resoruces:
From the menu bar select View Reports
In the reports dialog box select custom
In the custom reports dialog box select New
In the Define new report dialog box select resource. (The monthly calendar option will not give the info you are looking for)
In the Resource report dialog box on the definition tab name your report
On the details tab in the resource section check calendar; in the bottom of the details tab select border around details.
This should give you the start of what you need. It will need to have fields cleaned up and margins cleaned up.
If you save the finished report to the organizer it will be available to all other project plans you create on your PC
