    Reports won't open (2003 SP2)

I'm distributing a DB to several users (all have 2003 SP2) but there is one PC that has me stumped. It sees the tables, runs the queries, but will not open a report. Not from a form control (get the message "The open report action was cancelled"), not in design view, not in anyway.

I've a feeling that the install of Access on this particular PC is corrupted & needs a re-install.

    Any ideas anyone?

    TIA

First check the Printers and Faxes control panel to make sure that a default printer has been installed on that PC. Access will not display reports if there is no default printer. If that doesn't help, try Help | Detect and Repair from within Access.

Cheers Hans. The default printer was a network one. Once this had been changed to a local one, everything worked fine.

    Thanks.
