Two if statements in one formula (XP & 2003)

    I am trying to incorporate two if statements into one formula but it is not working . any ideas?? the formula is noted below.

    =IF(O9>=90000),0,IF((J9-O9)<=(O9-90000),((J9-O9)*0.062),((O9-90000)*0.062))

    Thanks

    You have parenthesis that are not in the correct place. Since you did not tell us what the formula is supposed to do, the correction below is only a quess:

    =IF(O9>=90000,0,IF((J9-O9)<=(O9-90000),((J9-O9)*0.062),((O9-90000)*0.062)))
