    Monthly increments on x-axis (2000)

I would the chart to display the months in increments of 4 i.e Jan, April, July on the x-axis but for some reason it does not do this.
    see screenshot.

Re: Monthly increments on x-axis (2000)

It depends on what the axis is:

If XY, set the interval to 91.5 (ca 3 avg months)

If Line with X-Axis as "Time scale" set to months for "base unit" and choose 3 months for major unit

If LIne with X-axis as "categories" set scale the "Number of cats between tick mark labels" to be 3

If you click on the chart and select Chart Type from the Chart menu, what is the selected chart type?

I managed to resovle this issue by changing the units on the x-axis.
Please can you close this thread for me.
