    Return Address Envelopes (Word 2003)

I have a user who wants to create several envelopes with the same return address. When you click on the "add to document" option you only get one envelope. He would like to be able to specify a certain number so he can then go in and type the delivery address (which will be different for each envelope). He may want 25 return address envelopes with blank delivery addresses.

    Any suggestions?

In Word, an envelope belongs to a document (letter). What is your user going to do with a single letter with mulltiple envelopes? I would create a letter with an envelope the usual way (Tools | Letters and Mailings | Envelopes and Labels...), save it and create as many new documents from the saved one as needed.

True, but he is not using the letter - he has brochure or something that he wants to mail.

    thanks for the info.

He could create a dummy letter with an envelope, then copy and paste the envelope the number of times needed.

It is probably easier to create labels. The Labels tab of the Envelopes and Labels dialog has an option to create a page full of identical labels.
