Error When Trying to Open Form (2003)

What is the reason for the error message
<font color=red>The expression you entered requires the control to be in the active window.</font color=red>
that occurs when you try to open the fdlgMultiFieldSorting form of the Northwind2000.mdb that's available
here?
the code stops at the line
<font color=448800> Set obj = Screen.ActiveControl.Parent <font color=448800>

In the first place, the code tries to refer to ActiveControl at a moment before the form has really opened.
In the second place, the code tries to refer to RecordsetClone, but the form is unbound.
I don't know what the purpose of the code is, so I cannot suggest improvements.

The idea is
a) Another (bound) form must already be open.
You must use a command button, toolbar button or keyboard shortcut to open fdlgMultiFieldSorting - you can't switch to the database window to open it.
