    limit possible values (Office 2003)

I want to limit the values that can be entered into a cell.
In this case I want the cell to except only a value not less than 1 and not greater than 4.
    How can I do that?

    Select the cell.
    Select Data | Validation...
In the Allow dropdown list, select Whole Number or Decimal depending on what you want.
Enter 1 in the Minimum box and 4 in the Maximum box.
    Activate the Input Message tab.
Enter a title and a text for the message to be displayed when the user selects the cell (optional)
    Activate the Error Alert tab.
Select Stop from the Style dropdown list.
Enter a title and a text for the message to be displayed if the user enters in incorrect value.
    Click OK.
