    combining field values (Access 2003 winxp sp2)

    [QJobType] = "Supply and Manufacture"
    [QJobInfo] = "2 16t 8mod gears"

    How do I write an arguments statement that combines the above values into 1 field with a carriage return/line feed in it as below?

    ______________________________
    Supply and Manufacture

    2 16t 8mod gears
    ______________________________
    "Heading for the deep end"

    In a query, create a calculated field like this

    QJob : [QJobType] & Chr(13) & Chr(10) & [QJobInfo]

    QJob can be anything you like. It is just a name for the calculated field.
