    Printing Calendar Monthly Views (O2K/SR1)

When printing the monthly view, it prints a large copy of current calendar plus mini views of the current and past month. How can you change the program to print the past and future month along with the current? I can't seem to get to the header info. Thanx for any help!

Re: Printing Calendar Monthly Views (O2K/SR1)

I downloaded a Word template from <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.slipstick.com/addins/gallery/index.htm#myolcal>Slipstick.com</A> that has the previous and following calendar thumbnails as an option.

It can be used for any Outlook calendar. There are options for doing a weekly calendar, adding color, adding titles, etc.

Thanks for the info, but unfortunately that freeware didn't work. I get two VBA errors:

"Could not open macro storage", and "Compile error, Can't find project or library".

But thanks anyway. I was hoping that someone could tell me how to get into the Outlook program and edit what looks like program header info.

Thanks for anyone's help & input!

you need to use the calendar template one - outcal might work, if not, check the office site at microsoft for the origial word template that creates a calendar. it was designed for word 97, but works with all versions.

otherwise, you can't edit much of anything in the printouts direct from outlook.

I noticed I didn't specify the actual template that I downloaded in my post. I like the one called My Outlook Calendar. Is that the one you tried?

Thanks for the post, but I still get the same compile error. I'm going to try this on my home machine - in case our network security policies or set up are prohibiting something. Thanks for the info though!

I tried both. On the work laptop I'm using W2K Pro/Outlook 97 SR2; home is W98 SE/Outlook 2000 SR1. I'll try it at home to see if either program makes a difference.

    Thanks again for the input! <img src=/S/sigh.gif border=0 alt=sigh width=15 height=15>

    <hr>Compile error, Can't find project or library<hr>

most likely the right libraries are not enabled on your computer at work for security reasons.

Thanks for the heads up on that. I'll try at home again and see if it makes a difference. Also went to the MS site to download the olcalndr template, but the macros are also giving me problems. Will try at home.

    Thanks again for the very helpful info! <img src=/S/smile.gif border=0 alt=smile width=15 height=15>
