    Mail labels (A2K 9.0.2720)

A2K is changing margins to .5" all around in my mailing label report. Even when I re-set to correct margins provided by Avery labels & save report, next time I open the report, margins are back to .5

Do you have either of the service releases installed, SR1a or SR2?

Neither. Corrupt data1.msi file will not allow downlad of either SR packs.

Then that may be the problem. There were a bunch of problems with Access 2K before SR1a that related to printer settings. Sorry, but I don't have any suggestions on a workaround. Maybe someone else will come up with something.

Any ideas on how to replace the corrupt .msi file?

Is it corrupted on the CD? If so, you should be able to get a replacement CD from Microsoft or from your OEM. If it's located elsewhere, we need more information.

No CD's known. Inherited client computer. Data1.msi located in My documents folder.

Oops! You may be SOL then. But doesn't your client have the media? Otherwise, are you sure you have a licensed copy?
