I am running Windows98 SE on two PCs which are networked. On one PC I have two large folders, C:windowsvcm and C:windowsvcm.000. They do not appear on the other PC. I have done a google search and have found confusing and differing opinions about them. Are these folders necessary or can I safely delete them?
