    Outlook Event Mystery (98)

I have a user who is experiencing a minor mystery in Outlook 98.

She is a support staff person who manages Outlook Calendars for two executives. Her problem occurs when setting up multiple day events. For example, she sets up a 5 day event for her own calendar and each executives calendar. They work correctly. After one of the executives accesses his calendar by either viewing or printing it ... it changes to 5 one day events. Her calendar and the other executive she supports never change like this or appear to have any other problems.

What do you think guys??? Any ideas??? I can't replicate the problem anywhere else!

In OL98, if you add a Task the recurrence only shows one item until you click the completed box.

If you add a recurrence to the calendar this is creates an item for each and every occurrence. Could this be the difference?

    Hey... nice try! Thanks!

A reoccurance does indeed separate out an event into individual days... but dosen't seem to be the issue here. I checked that calendar and no reoccurance is set. <img src=/S/frown.gif border=0 alt=frown width=15 height=15>

Any more ideas out there to try??
