Automatic header/footer in Notes pages? (2003)

I avoid using Notes pages in Powerpoint, but my current project demands that we print out our presentation with all our notes. This becomes the student guide for the course I'm teaching. Being a serious Word user, I'm frustrated by the fact that I can't seem to put an automatic update field (for lack of a better term) in the footer that displays the file name. Every time I create or change a file, I have to manually update the footer. Not a big deal, but it's really easy to forget. Are there some secret codes out there for making this happen?

    Thanks in advance!

You need a bit of code for this. See Sample Code To Add the Path and File Name to Each Slide.
