    Adding Queries to Switchboards (2003)

I'm trying to add an update qry to a switchboard. I want to update all the dates in a table. It's a simple find date A and replace it with date B.
I have the qry working, but I can't find a way through switchboard manager to add a qry to my switchboard. I have 17 people using this database and I don't want them getting past the switchboard and I don't want to run the qry daily.

    Any ideas?

You can create a macro with an OpenQuery action to run the query, or write a VBA function that uses DoCmd.OpenQuery to do the same. The Switchboard Manager lets you call a macro or VBA function from a switchboard item.
