Rotating Text 180 degrees (Mac or PC, Office XP)

I know this should be simple, but I've tried everything I know, with no luck. How do I get text to rotate 180 degrees, so it's upside down? I can rotate a text box, but only 90 degrees. I can free rotate an object, but I don't know how to make text part of an object so it rotates as the object rotates. I'm trying to print out a notecard that folds to be landscape. The words on the front have to be right side up and the words on the back have to be upside down so that after it's printed and folded, they are both oriented the right way. What am I missing?

    Thanks!

What application are you using? (You posted this in the forum for general MS Office questions, so it is not clear whether you use Word, or Excel, or ...)

In Microsoft Word, use WordArt - you will have a shape with the text inside. Grab the upper handle (in the middle of the upper side) and pull it below the bootom side - the text appears upside down.

To add to kaplinb's instructions, if you want it to read correctly, I believe you will also have to grab the handle on the left side of the box and drag it horizontally across itself so that it also flips the text from side to side. This will make the text appear backwards as well but when it is printed, it will be correct. I was intrigued by the notion that Word Art could do this, so I had to try it and it does work! Oh and one other thing I found, the up-side-down and backward text has to be on the top of the document and the correct text has to be at the bottom!
