    Welcome to Woody's Lounge!

    You can use the INDIRECT function for this purpose. Say that A1 on the current worksheet contains the text NOV. The following formula will return the value of cell B10 on the NOV sheet:

    =INDIRECT(A1&"!B10")

    (The argument of INDIRECT is a text string; you can construct it by concatenating bits and pieces with &)
