PDF Printing Crash with Footer (Word 2003)

I have enclosed a template [as a doc file - can't upload a dot file] which is driving me nuts.

If I remove the footer I can print to Adobe PDF with no problems.
If I leave the footer in, it crashes when I print it to a PDF. I can't for the life of me figure out why.
Can anyone help me? I really need to keep the footer.

I happen to be on a PC with Acrobat 5 at the moment. It creates a .pdf file from a document based on your template (including the footer) without problems.

I'll reinstall and see if this fixes the problem

Well I reinstalled. Adobe Acrobat (4.05) still crashes but Distiller doesn't - weird.
Perhaps it's time for an upgrade.
