    Add document (2003)

I want to add one document to another. The only way I know, is by creating a new page, and inserting file. This mis-aligns the images on the second page, which I want to stay where they are (at the top and bottom). I don't want to put them in the header and footer, as this document is to be faxed, and if they are headers and footers, they will be greyed out.

Are the pictures floating over the text? Whenever possible, I work with inline pictures, because floating pictures are difficult to control.

The pictures are floating. Perhaps I should change them.

It might help to create a new section (Next Page type) rather than simply a new page, in case the problem is that the two documents have different margins. You still might have to tweak the margins for the new section to match the inserted document.
