    Check mark on labels (Access 2003/SP 1)

    I am needing to put a checkmark on labels for the warehouse personnel so that they know that the label with a checkmark (I don't have it designed yet, but it will probably be down in a corner somewhere) gets special attention. I am going to print labels for several people in the same area and they all get a letter, but the lead person in that area will get samples or updates of our product. In the address table, I have a true/false table for the lead person. How can I get a checkmark to print on the label for the lead person. Is it with an Iif statement?

    You could use a check box control bound to the Yes/No field.

    Or you could use a text box bound to the Yes/No field, set its font to Symbol, and its Format property to <code>;

    Thanks for your help. I used the second option. The first option worked, but I couldn't format the box to disappear where the value was false.
