Disable low disk space message on a per drive basi (SP2)

Is there any way to disable the low disk space warning on a per drive basis? I've just rebuilt my dad's computer and have a small FAT partition containing winxp and some other installation related software. It's designed to be full. I'd like to disable the low disk space messages just for this logical drive, but the only tweak I can find is to disable these messages completely.

    Thanks

It is a system wide thing - all or nothing.

I would NOT use a to small of a partition. I am currently trying to fix a machine that has a 13 gig system partition and is 95% full. It is slower than my VIC 20 was. On a cable connection top speed is 13 kb, where a different machine same connection get a speed of 5 megs.

Now running HP Pavilion a6528p, with Win7 64 Bit OS.

    VIC 20 <img src=/S/cool.gif border=0 alt=cool width=15 height=15> .

This partition is only used for storing installation files: the other partitions are NTFS, but dos can't see NTFS, or even see a FAT partition if it lies after an NTFS partition on a drive, so I can't install windows etc from the hard drive unless it's on a fat partition after another fat partition.

It will be used rarely, so I didn't see the point in leaving lots of empty space on it. Is that wrong? I understand what you're saying about a "working" partition, but a static, rarely used partition??

You are saying that this is where your "Downloaded" files are being put, for future use. Then there will be NO problem.
