    managing notes (2003)

I have nearly 150 yellow notes in Outlook and I add constantly. I can click on each one individually to read the contents but I want to:
    1. print them all as a single document
    2. reorder them by category and alphabetcially
and I can't see how to do these 2 things
    Can anyone help?

    1) Activate the Notes section of Outlook, select all notes (press Ctrl+A), then select File | Print...
    2) Select View | Current View | By Category. You can click on the Subject column header to sort the notes - click again to reverse the sort order.

    Thanks for the input.
point 2) sorting by category works fine
point 1) printing - gives me a separate page for each note (most only 3-5 lines long) and that means a 150-page print-out. I was wondering if it is possible to print all the notes as one continuous document

Does the File | Print... dialog on your system look more or less like the screenshot below? If you select Memo style, there should be a check box to specify whether each note will be printed on a new page. In Table style, the notes should be printed in a continuous list anyway.

    Thanks,
I couldn't get it to work at all in memo style but it worked in table style.
