Meeting Reminder (Outlook 2003)
I'm tring to find how to send out a meeting reminder. I just want the opportunity to contact all attendees, state "this is to remind you . . ." without resending/changing the meeting request and winding up with a lot of reacceptances.
The closest I could come to was Actions/New Message to Attendees, but this is formatted as an email rather than a shot of the meeting screen.
Is there any other way of sending a reminder so the meeting screen format comes up and offers the opportunity to type in a reminder message at the bottom??
