    Meeting Request (2K3)

    Hi All,

First time poster, long time reader. I got stumped today with this one! Is it possible to send a meeting request but not have it appear on the sender/organizer's calendar. I want to set up a number of meetings for others, but I will not be attending. Any help that can be provided will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Well, no and yes. Send the request, then delete it from your Calendar without notifying any Invitees.

Thank you so very much for your response. Much appreciated. Just a follow-up question, if I may. Wouldn't that course of action then remove it from the Invitees calendars as well? I tried it and unfortunately that's what happened. Any follow-up suggestions would be lovely. Thanks again!

<img src=/S/scratch.gif border=0 alt=scratch width=25 height=29>Well, it does work for me in OL 2k3, as I have done it intentionally. Perhaps you should only delete it from your Calendar after you have all Invitee responses?

By the way, welcome to the Lounge.
