    Meetings (Outlook 2003)

    I block out my office hours as a reminder to me and to prevent people (like faculty) from trying to schedule meetings during those times. By doing that, my time is shown as

    No. You might try setting up a Rule, but it will have to be able to arbitrate Student, Faculty, or other, status. Or you could just tell students that you have blocked out these hours for student only meetings, and you will accept their requests during that time period. I occasionally do this with my direct team to manage outside meeting requests.
