I have tried everything I know of (except what works) to stop the shut down problem I have in Win2K. A Restart of Shut Down gets to a blank screen after all the saving, etc. then the PC is locked up. Pressing the restart button works fine, but it is something I would love to solve....

Seems I solved my own problem. It had to do with Adaptec's software. If I remove it, everything is fine. Guess I'll have to live with this..
