Automatically transferring data from Access to wor (2000)

I don't know whether this is possible but is there a way to automatically transfer some data from a field in Access to a table in Word?
If you see the screenshot the top part is in Access the bottom part is the word table.
The only way l know to do this at the moment is by copying and pasting, is there a way to automatically do this?

    Any help would be appreciated.

Do you want to transfer data from the currently displayed record in a form, or from all records, or ...?

Can this be automated as this is something l have to keep on doing all the time.
It would be far easier if l could automate. To save me copying data opening Word etc.

Yes it is something that can be automated using ... Automation. If you haven't worked with that facility, you might find our Automation Tutorial useful. In particular it contains several links demonstrating how to automate Word from Access - your use of a Word table will make it a bit more complex, as the object model for manipulating Word tables is not terribly intuitive, but it can be done.
