move Getting Started column (2003)

When I open Word, the Getting Started column is on the top. How do I move it? I attempted to drag it using the five vertical dots to the left. This works for other toolbars. It does not work for the Getting Started or the Help columns. Thank you very much.

Thank you, Hans. Eventually, it moves. Thanks again.

If the problem reoccurs, you can also try the following:
- Activate the Visual Basic Editor (Alt+F11)
- Activate the Immediate window (Ctrl+G)
- Type (or copy / paste)

Application.CommandBars("Task Pane").Position = msoBarRight

- Press Enter.
- Switch back to Word (Alt+F11)
