Is there a way to import (preferably selected) mail from one instance of Outlook (on anther system or another user) to an existing outlook mail file? The onoly mail imports seem to be from Outlook Express and some other mail programs and the only export is to Exchange server.

If you copy the .pst file containing the e-mails to the target PC, you should be able to import e-mails from it:
- In Outlook, select File | Import and Export...
- Select Import from another program or file, then click Next.
- Select Personal Folder File (.pst), then click Next.
- Browse to the .pst file you want to import.
- Specify how you want to hadle duplicate items.
- Follow the remaining instructions in the Import and Export Wizard.
